Processed with efficiency and balance in mind. Historically invented to mitigate Sumateran highlands’ climate and allowing the whole processing to be done in a quicker time period. This translates into an economically feasible processing but often performed poorly in its quality due to lack of details in the procedures. We believe that giling basah has every chance of potential in its quality, which leads us to double sort the coffee to ensure an overall improvement.
