Arabica Flores Honey
People of this region are indigenous community in the buffer zone of Kelimutu National Park. They have been growing coffee on their traditional plantations for generations. The coffee trees are mostly nestled inside the rainforest, shaded from direct sunlight; providing us with coffee cherries that are dense in nutrients. This along with the slow honey fermentation results in a cup of coffee that is delicately sweet, ultimately representing our oath to the people of the region to foster growth, deep relationship and sense of solidarity.
